Scott is committed to expanding human potential. He leads others to their absolute best through a talent developed in observing and listening for power and purpose.  Scott believes power comes from one’s ability to manage resistance, and that by elevating self-awareness, one can then create breakthroughs in performance.   He focuses on what is possible for his clients and in their lives.

Scott has over 20+ years of combined experience in performance and leadership coaching with a focus on transformation in teams and individual achievements.  Scott joined the Awesome Journey team as an Executive Leadership Coach in September 2013.  Since then he has worked with thousands of individuals and teams and is now Awesome Journey’s Chief Operating Officer as of October 2018.

Prior to joining the company, Scott owned and operated his own personal coaching company in conjunction with his career as a Martial Arts Instructor through Mike Miles Muay Thai.  Scott’s discipline in martial arts propelled him to achieve a 4th Degree Black Belt, four Amateur World Championship Titles, and a Professional Commonwealth Championship Title.

This above experience combined with his unique listening skills has enabled him to become a champion in both his personal and professional life.  Scott strives to leave a permanent impact on his clients through his commitment to lead them in accessing their untapped abilities.
